I am writing this letter in regards to an incident that happened with me on a rainy night in Jauary. I thought that you needed to know what type of person you have working with you.I had just entered on to the freeway on my way home from my daughters house in Tacoma when I heard an odd sound coming from the rear of my vehicle. Not wanting to stop along the freeway I slowly drove to the next exit and into a nearby service station. The sound was coming from me rear tire it had gone flat. I asked the clerk at the station if he could change my tire or if he knew of anyone who would be able to assist me?, His answer was no. I was growing concerned about my situation because I didn't know how to change the tire also it was late and I was not in the best of neighborhoods. Then out of the blue a kind gentleman asked me if he could give me a hand. His name is Larry Wilson and is one of your sales staff. Larry must have sensed my distress and without hesitation he helped me unload my fully loaded trunk so we were able to get to the jack and spare. Wouldn't you know the spare was flat. Larry then went to his vehicle and pulled out an air compressor to fill it. After completing the task he then asked me my name and introduced himself to me. I thought to myself he changed a tire for a complete stranger. I asked him "what do I owe you?" Larry looked at me with a confident smile and said "Nothing, you owe me Nothing" amazed I asked "are you sure?" he then said I would only hope that if my mother or girlfriend had a flat someone would offer to fix it for them.

Awesome!
I just wanted to say that Russ Thurston is a great person! We bought a car from him and the next day we were hit by someone. That person crushed my new car. Russ made sure I was fine and helped me though the steps so we were able to get another car.Thanks Russ. You are awesome! Melena

This is to let you know that the decision to hire one of your newest Sales Consultants was a very wise choice. I consider myself the lucky customer of the day when I ran into Russ Thurston yesterday, September 14th. I actually came into your dealership for a service repair on my now "previously owned" vehicle. Russ and I looked at several trucks and I returned later that afternoon to look some more and discuss in futher detail possible options. I know that each dealership handles their potential customers with different approaches. I have never appreciated the "hard sale" or pushy sales reps. (C'mon, we know they're out there) To me, that is one of the biggest turnoffs and will actually drive me away (but not in a new vehicle) to another dealership. From the very beginning Russ was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Making a purchase of this magnitude should not be handled in a rapid "just get the sale" approach. I never felt pressured and I truly believe that because Russ took the time with me to be very thorough, honest and willing to meet MY needs as far as making the right purchase... that's what made the difference in my purchasing a BEAuTIFUL NEW BLUE 2004 DODGE RAM 1500 Truck... I love it!Russ made sure he went over every detail and we didn't leave the lot until after the dealership was closed. (I had to threaten him that he would have to take me to dinner if I didn't get going!) He answered every question I had, provided me with great information and was a complete delight to work with. Your business has greatly benefited by having Russ Thurston as part of your team! Thank you Russ for making this a very positive and enjoyable experience. AMAZING!
Our experience here was pretty much one word! AMAZING! It was unreal how Russ Thurston treated us. My husband, my children and I were treated with such patience and respect. I couldn't have gotten better treatment anywhere else. I came here just to see a vehicle but left with my husband's birthday present. Happy B-Day to you, Oscar, Big 30! We were lucky
To Whom it May Concern:On Saturday, July 26, my husband, three children and I were driving home from Seattle to San Mateo, CA. Earlier in the day we had trouble starting our car and were able to jump start it. As we were heading South on I-5, a light came on and some of the internal lights began to flicker. Needless to say, it was a very uncomfortable feeling on the freeway. Using his cell phone, my husband was able to talk to your Service Manager, Casey. As we hadn't even reached Tacoma yet, he also tried a Dodge dealer there, but the Service Dept was closed. Even though you were very busy that day, Casey assured us he would do what he could to help us. When we pulled into the Dodge dealership we were greeted by a most friendly salesman, Michael. He assured us we were in good hands, and directed us to an IHOP, where we could eat while we waited. He even offered us a ride, but we declined, opting to walk. Shortly after leaving our car, while walking to the IHOP, Casey called to inform us that we only needed a new battery. We were on our way within an hour and felt lucky, not only that it was just the battery, but that we had come across such a friendly, professional Service Dept. Dear Mr. Johnson,Nancy and I were excited to receive our new Caravan this week and wanted to write and thank you and Rainier Dodge. First, we would like to thank you for meeting with us and making us feel welcome. Our sales representative, Dennis Reese, was patient in explaining what was possible and what was not. He worked at closing a deal that we could be pleased with and he kept us informed about when we could expect our car. The car, a Grand Caravan EX, offers a lot of options for a reasonable price and we are very pleased with it. Several weeks ago, I brought our old Caravan (about 200,000 miles) in for repair. After I explained the time constraints that we were under, the Service Manager (Ahman?) made room for us on the schedule. I greatly appreciated being listened to and the service being done as promised. It is apparent that you strive to be of service to the customer and that is greatly appreciated!
